Our Mission

We, as a community, believe it is essential to value and support our young people.  We are committed to providing area youth with the opportunity for recreational and educational programs focused on their total development.
Our Campus
Our six acre YDC campus is home to seven organizations in three office buildings, along with the Gerald F. Smith Youth Activity Building and Dave and Kathy Holliday Annex.  A campus concept was agreed upon with the idea that the agencies would be able to provide each other with networking, sharing of ideas, and shared resources, while experiencing rent free office space.  With this the total development of young people is embraced and needs are met.

The agencies on the campus are:
Special Love   www.speciallove.org
The ARC   www.arcofnsv.org
Boy Scouts   www.sac-bsa.org
Big Brothers Big Sisters   www.bbbswinchester.org
